MISSION
To provide broad professional development coaching for high school and college students aiming toward a business -related career path (finance, accounting, consulting, entrepreneurship, UI/UX, etc.) or simply looking to grow professionally in order to develop strong professional foundations with transferable skills.
SERVICES
I offer 1-on-1 coaching on everything pertinent to the job preparation process, ranging from writing a resume to crafting a cover letter to how to successfully navigate a job interview. Separately, I also offer specific coaching on business problem-solving and the case interview process, including how to plan, navigate, and pass the case interview.
RESULTS
I've led 5 professional development boot camps and helped 50+ mentees land internships and job offers at companies like Amazon, Ernst & Young, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, and AT&T. My mentees come from diverse backgrounds: Economics, International Business, Mathematics, Cognitive Science, Management Science, Data Science, Biology, and more.
ABOUT
My name is Abby and I am an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I graduated from UC San Diego with a major in International Business and a minor in Accounting. My work experience prior to Bain ranges from business process development to government legislation to strategy consulting. I also formerly sold, staffed, and managed 20+ pro bono cases for Triton Consulting Group during my time as the Head of Client Engagement.
I started my professional development journey as a clueless kid seeking guidance on how to navigate all things job-related. Throughout the years, I was fortunate to receive informal mentorship and incredible opportunities that served as continual stepping stones toward my dream career. Now, as a mentor and former student leader, I'm passionate about giving back to my community and helping others like me find their way and work toward their professional goals.
